Engineering the Whole.

Integrated MEP design + installation
  1. Identity: DEVDARIANI
  2. HVAC: Air, carried through the core.
  3. Electrical: Power, contained and continuous.
  4. Plumbing: Water, balanced floor by floor.
  5. Fire protection: Life safety, rising with the building.
  6. BMS: Every signal, brought into one intelligence.

The camera travels upward through a coordinated engineering shaft containing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and BMS systems. After BMS completes, the same viewpoint turns one hundred and eighty degrees, travels through the open face of the shaft, and enters an open-ceiling engineering corridor without a cut. Coordinated HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire and BMS routes remain exposed above the passage. It passes a traced inscription for Giorgi Devdariani as one continuous finished ceiling closes over the services, leaving recessed lights, HVAC grilles, speakers and sprinkler terminals visible. The camera returns to centre, continues past the Orchestrics method and ends at a written wall.

01 / FOUNDING ENGINEER

Giorgi Devdariani

FOUNDER / MEP ENGINEER

Giorgi Devdariani is an MEP engineer whose practice spans design, coordination and installation. He founded Devdariani to close the distance between what is drawn, what is built and how a building ultimately performs.

THE DISCIPLINE OF MAKING EVERY SYSTEM WORK AS ONE.

THE DRAWING / THE SITE / THE BUILDING

They should never become three different realities. Design, coordination and installation are one continuous engineering act.
